Clear Creek Dermatology stresses skin cancer prevention, early detection, topical and oral pre-cancer interventions to reduce skin cancer burden and future skin cancer in at-risk individuals.
Our Medical Dermatology Services Include: skin cancer screening, moles, warts, acne (children and adults), cysts, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, nail disorders, pre-cancer treatment, hair loss and autoimmune disorders such as lupus.
We encourage a full-body skin examination during your visit. Over 50% of skin cancers detected are unknown to the patient at the visit and are only found during our exam.
Drs. Prosise and Ransdell are fellows of the American Society for Mohs Surgery (ASMS) as well as double board-certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery (MDS/Mohs). We preform Mohs surgery in our Llano office with our own on-site CLIA-certified laboratory.
Our Surgical Dermatology Services include: Mohs micrographic surgery, regular skin cancer excision surgery, and non-malignant lesion removal (cysts, lipomas, and moles).
When appropriate, we also consider using non-surgical approaches to treating superficial skin cancers including topical chemotherapy and immunomodulatory creams.
Our Cosmetic Services include: Botox, chemical peels, removing age/wisdom spots, mole removal, and anti-aging regimens. We are proud to offer Epionce skin care products that are of high quality and a good value.
